Palliative Rehoming Program

Urban Tails Animal Rescue operates a rehoming program for palliative care patients who are in need of a loving home for their companion animal(s).

The adoption process is handled similarly to our regular adoption process. Prospective homes are to apply online, go through the interview process, and require home visits as well as reference checks before approval.

A goal of this program is to foster connection between families with a personalized and tailored approach to rehoming.
